This phone was factory unlocked so you can use any sim you want.
This has been updated to the latest iOS 6.
There is some marks on the side of the phone and some on the back. but nothing on the Screen and these are really not noticeable.
The phone will all be shown working, you are more than welcome to put your sim in the phone and try it out.
