on orange network comes with charger and case
has the common split near the charging port and a chip near the headphone socket
non of them affect its performance
i used the iphone with no problems but the only issue with this phone is the battery is working fine but drains at 40 % , have been told that it is an easy fix (battery is 4 pound on ebay) , but do not bother myself as got iphone 4 now
